1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and 7v7v7 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website 7v7v7.ws and all associated services including sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and Super Keno.

By registering an account, depositing funds, or using any feature of the 7v7v7 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform and close your account.

2Eligibility and Age Restriction

Access to and use of 7v7v7 is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• You are not a current employee, contractor, or direct family member of an employee of 7v7v7 or its affiliated game providers.
• You are not located in, or a resident of, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before participating.

3Account Registration and Security

To use the full features of 7v7v7, you must register a single account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one account on 7v7v7. Duplicate accounts are not permitted and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any associated balances.

• You must provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile number at registration. This number serves as your primary account identifier and is linked to your withdrawal payment method.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 7v7v7 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to safeguard your password.
• You must notify 7v7v7 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account or if your registered mobile number has been compromised.
• Account credentials must not be shared with any third party. Permitting another person to use your 7v7v7 account is a breach of these Terms.
• 7v7v7 reserves the right to conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any stage, including before processing large withdrawals. Failure to complete KYC may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality.

All information provided during registration must be accurate and kept up to date. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

4Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All financial transactions on 7v7v7 are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 7v7v7 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following approved payment channels:

• bKash — minimum deposit ৳200. Most deposits post to your account within 30 seconds of confirmation.
• Nagad — minimum deposit ৳200. Processing times are typically under 2 minutes.
• Rocket — minimum deposit ৳200. Available for both deposits and withdrawals.
• Upay — supported for deposits and withdrawals where available on your registered number.
• Visa and Mastercard — supported for deposits subject to card issuer approval. Not available for withdrawals.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. 7v7v7 does not charge platform fees on standard deposits or standard withdrawals. Any fees applied by your mobile financial service provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are the responsibility of the player and are not controlled by 7v7v7.

5Bonuses and Promotions

7v7v7 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, and each individual promotion may carry additional specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented:

• Bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above who hold a verified, active 7v7v7 account in good standing.
• Each bonus carries a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be completed before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each promotion is stated explicitly when the bonus is offered.

6Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

All games available on 7v7v7 are provided by certified third-party game developers. The random number generators (RNG) used in slots, table games, and crash games are independently audited. Live casino tables use real dealers and physical equipment operated by licensed studio providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. The following rules apply to all gameplay on 7v7v7:

• Opening or operating more than one account on 7v7v7, whether under your own identity or using another person's identity or contact details.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraudulent chargebacks, or any attempt to exploit the platform's payment systems for financial gain unrelated to legitimate gameplay.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the 7v7v7 platform, its game software, or its API connections.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of live casino games, sports betting markets, or any tournament or promotional competition hosted on 7v7v7.
• Using the 7v7v7 platform for any activity that violates applicable law, including but not limited to fraud, identity theft, or the provision of false information to 7v7v7 or its payment processors.

8Account Suspension and Termination

7v7v7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the timeframe requested by 7v7v7.
• Detection of fraudulent payment activity, chargeback abuse, or use of stolen payment credentials.
• Player-initiated account closure. Players may request permanent account closure at any time by contacting 7v7v7 support. Outstanding withdrawals will be processed before closure is finalised, subject to completed KYC verification.

9Responsible Gaming

7v7v7 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The platform is intended for entertainment purposes only and is not a means of generating income. The following tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly BDT deposit caps from your account settings. Limits take effect immediately and can be reduced at any time. Increases to limits require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session-time reminders — configure alerts that notify you after a chosen number of hours spent on the platform during a single session.
• Self-exclusion — temporarily suspend access to your account for a period of 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

10Intellectual Property

All content on 7v7v7, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, page layouts, written content, graphics, and software code, is the intellectual property of 7v7v7 or its licensed content providers. No part of the platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, displayed, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of 7v7v7. Game content provided by third-party developers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) remains the intellectual property of the respective developer and is used under licence by 7v7v7.

11Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 7v7v7 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the following:

• Loss of funds resulting from the player's own decision to gamble, including losses incurred during normal gameplay within the rules of the platform.
• Temporary unavailability of the platform or any game due to scheduled maintenance, unscheduled technical issues, or disruptions to third-party game provider services.
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to comply with these Terms, including losses resulting from account suspension due to a breach of the prohibited conduct provisions.

12Privacy and Data Protection

By registering an account on 7v7v7, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Data collected includes your mobile number, transaction history, gameplay history, and KYC documentation where applicable. 7v7v7 uses SSL encryption on all data transmissions and does not sell player data to third parties for marketing purposes.

13Amendments to These Terms

7v7v7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Decisions regarding account suspensions, forfeitures, and bonus disputes made by 7v7v7 following a completed investigation are final, subject to any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
